Here is a glimpse to the draft Constitution I am working on which I hope one day will replace the prototype Constitutions' of secularo-fascists.

We the People of Al-Andalus, in order to form a perfect Union, establish Justice and guide with Truth and Reality, do ordain and establish this Constitution for Al-Andalus..

The people of Al-Andalus are members of the SPEEs distinguished by their human-stock, language, political, cultural and economical power.

The people of Al-Andalus have SPEEs distinguished by thier socio-politico-economical establishments, laws, religious institutions and traditions.

The people of Al-Andalus have religions distinguished by their laws, rituals, traditions and religious institutions, political leadership, economical resources.

B. Article I
Section 1. All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of Al-Andalus, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

Section 2. The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the leadership of several SPEES, and the Electors registered as a member of the SPEE shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the SPEE's Legislature. No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of Al-Andalus, and who shall not, when elected, be a less than five year member of the SPEE which s/he shall be chosen for. Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several SPEES which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers and economical resources.
